What’s Next?
- Log in to your account using the “Login” button at the top of the page.
- Find the “Kids First Course” under View Course—that’s your main place to start.
- Begin the first lesson, titled “Your kid’s heart”. It’s a short video followed by a couple of review questions.
- As you go through lessons, there will be videos, quizzes, and helpful resources. Work at your own pace.
- Keep going through all 5 sections and 23 lessons—the last update was June 30, 2025, so everything is fresh and up-to-date.
Tips to Stay on Track
- After each lesson, answer the review questions—they help you remember and grow.
- Move steadily, lesson by lesson. Don’t rush—you’ll get more out of it!
- If you ever want to dive deeper, check out the extra materials under “More Resources” for things like healing after divorce or building stronger connections.
